We hope you love your Dinaya order, but please note our policy before purchasing.

No Returns

  • Dinaya operates a 30-day no-return policy.

  • This means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been delivered.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued in cases where an item is received faulty or incorrect.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Delivery fees, customs charges, and duties are non-refundable.

Faulty/Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Dinayauk@gmail.com . We’ll cover the return cost and issue a replacement or refund.
